At Dovers, we had some great Rocksteady sessions this morning lots of fun was had by all! The band lessons teach children so much more than musical skills. They learn the importance of listening to others a skill they'll use every day. And best of all? They're building friendships while working together to create music! Ladybirds started their day with a walk through Forest School. Mr. Lawton had reported hearing strange noises there over the break... and we soon discovered dinosaur footprints, a nest, and even a dinosaur egg! Back in class, we enjoyed a variety of dinosaur-themed activities. The highlight was our brand new dinosaur museum role play area, complete with a dino dig zone where we unearthed "fossils" and dinosaur bones! Yellow Ladybirds class have been busy setting up their take away restaurant which will serve a range of foods such as pizza, burgers and coffees.  The children have made their own pizza oven, pizzas and burgers to serve.  Such fun!
