Caterlink is a specialist education caterer, proudly serving primary, secondary, academy and college communities across the UK. Caterlink is Dovers Green School's catering partner, providing fresh, nutritious and delicious meals that support the health and wellbeing of every child.
About School Meals
Pupils' wellbeing is at the heart of Caterlink's approach to school catering. Every weekday, meals are freshly prepared using seasonal produce sourced from trusted local and regional suppliers, helping children enjoy healthy, balanced lunches.
Caterlink is committed to using high-quality ingredients with assured provenance, including:
- Red Tractor-certified meat
- RSPCA Assured free-range eggs
- Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) approved fish
- Fairtrade products
There is a three-week menu cycle, offering a choice of hot meals, including a vegetarian option each day.

How Much Does a School Meal Cost and What's Included?
There has long been a positive association between learning outcomes and good nutrition.
School meals are FREE for all Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, regardless of household income. This entitles your child to a balanced main course, dessert and access to fresh salad options.
We believe lunchtime should be a highlight of the school day – a chance for children to refuel, relax and enjoy great food in a welcoming environment.
